William Rulon Rogers

October 23, 1980 — March 29, 2025

William "Will" Rulon Rogers, 44, was born on October 23, 1980, in Salt Lake City, UT to William Leroy and Mindy (Merrill) Rogers. Will sadly passed away on March 29, 2025, in Nashville, TN. Though Will passed on too soon, he had grown into a man whose heart was as vast as his talents, leaving behind a legacy of love, generosity, and excellence in everything he did. To know Will was to know unwavering kindness, fierce loyalty, and a giving spirit that touched everyone fortunate enough to be part of his life.

Will was a man of many gifts. Professionally, he excelled as a foreman at Volunteer Paving and later as a highly successful loan officer. His commitment to doing things the right way, or not at all, made him a perfectionist whose reputation for excellence was known nationwide—particularly in the road painting industry, where his skill and dedication set a gold standard.

But Will was so much more than his career. He was a phenomenal chef who took great pride in his cooking, especially in crafting delicious smoked BBQ on the beloved smoker he kept on the deck. His passion for food was matched only by his artistry—an incredibly talented artist and poet from a young age, Will found beauty in the world and shared it through his creations.

He was a natural athlete, excelling in every sport he tried with ease and passion. He was also a skilled handyman, the kind of man who could fix or build just about anything, always with precision and pride. Will loved the outdoors, especially when surrounded by family and friends, and found joy in the simple, grounding things in life.

Will's love was fierce and protective. He stood by those he cared for with unwavering strength, offering his help, heart, and humor whenever it was needed. His warmth, his wit, and his generous soul will be deeply missed by all who knew him, especially his fiancé Andrea Restrepo.

Though words can never capture the full depth of who Will was, they can carry forward the essence of a life so beautifully lived. He did it all—and he did it with heart, talent, and a drive to leave everything better than he found it.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 18th, at Garden City Funeral Home in Missoula, MT. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
