William Van Sant Martin

– William was born Dec. 4, 1962, in Missoula. He passed away Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014. William's life was spent in Missoula, where he attended local schools. In his late teens, he encountered life-changing health challenges that were to set a path requiring him to make major changes and adaptations in his life. Although Bill struggled with challenges, he was able to share many wonderful times with his family and friends.

Bill would like to tell everyone who has been a part of his life that he appreciates the opportunities to share his life with them.

He would like to thank all of his friends and family for their consideration and thoughtfulness, love and kindness, and wishes everyone the very best.

Bill and his family would like to thank all of the medical professionals and caregivers who provided services for his care: doctors, nurses and caregivers. A special thank you goes to the staffs of Florhaven Assisted Living Home, St. Patrick Hospital, Western Montana Clinic, Hospice of Missoula and Hillside manor.

Rest in peace, our handsome and loving and loved one for all eternity.
