William Glen "Bill" Burton, 66, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013, from complications from pneumonia.
He was born Dec. 15, 1946, in Strong City, Kan., to Roy and Katherine Burton.
He attended Missoula County High School and served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1968.
Bill was married to Rayda Burton. Bill drove truck all of his life, following in his father's footsteps. He loved camping, being at lakes and having family get-togethers. Bill was a person who would help anyone out anytime. Bill was working for Wimett Trucking at the time of his death.
Bill has many friends; too many to mention all.
He is survived by his wife, Rayda; son, Todd and his sons Tyler and Colby; daughter, Tina Waller and her children Kristine, Austin, Bryanne and Chelsey; daughter, Mary Flint and her children Jayden and Cameron; sisters, Janet Hiller (Delbert) and Sharon Batt (John); brother, Don Burton (Patti); and many nieces and nephews. His parents preceded him in death.
There will be a celebration of life on Saturday, Sept. 21, at Playfair Park, at Bancroft Street and Pattee Canyon Drive from 1 to 5 p.m
