Wanda "Jodi" Britt

Wanda "Jodi" Britt, 45, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, in the comfort of her home.

Jodi was born on June 28, 1970, in Georgetown, South Carolina, to George "Al" and Sharon Cannon, the youngest of five. The family moved to Missoula, where she attended Franklin and graduated from Sentinel High School.

On April 4, 1997, she married Donald Ray Britt. During her time as a bartender at the V.F.W., she made many lifetime friends. Those who knew her will remember her for her gentle soul, humor, warmth and big heart. She devoted her life to her four daughters, donating much time volunteering at the FRC and the local food bank. She also enjoyed trips to the bison range.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Jodi touched many lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Natasha (Ray) Imbagliazzo, Alyssia (Kyle) Vandecar, Taylor and Skylar Britt; four siblings; four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held at Garden City Funeral Home on Thursday, Aug. 6, at 11 a.m. A potluck reception will follow at the family home. Messages of condolences may be sent to gardencity@missoulafuneralhomes.com.
