Troy Lee Bauernfeind, 49, of Missoula passed away from a sudden heart attack on February 13, 2006 at his home.
Troy is survived by his wife, Pamela Bauernfeind; daughter, Mika Cheyenne; granddaughter, Azalea; father, Basil "Barney"; brother & sister in-law, Jason & Ashleigh; nephews, Kaden, Conley, Jace; bonus daughter, Alicia Ann Smith; many other family members; and his brother in-faith, Jeff Curtis.
Troy was born June 12, 1966 in Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Grandview High School, MO. He loved growing up watching his dad drive sprint and late model cars in the races. So proud, he even kept some of the car skins from those races. Troy was a true patriot (marine at heart), a bounty hunter and then an electrician. His daughter was his "precious flower" which he had tattooed in German on his back. He married the love of his life, Pamela Squire-Bauernfeind in 2006. Troy had a passion for the outdoors and followed his lifelong dream of moving to the mountains in Montana, as was written in his high school year book. He gave his life and soul to his marriage, lived life to its fullest, loves God and read Ephesians 6:10 thru 24 every day. Troy was a hunting enthusiast and loved his hunting buddies. Relationships meant the world to Troy and he meant the world to us. He will truly be missed.
A memorial for Troy will be arranged at a date to be announced and will be held in Missouri. Sunset Memorial Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Condolences for Troy's family may be left at www.missoulafuneralhomes.com
