Tina Snell

Tina Marrie Tucker, age 62, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on June 16, 1962, in Fort Belknap, Montana, to William Henry Tucker and Lucille Candace Tucker. Tina was deeply connected to her Native roots and spent over three decades traveling the pow-wow circuit, a tradition that became even more meaningful with her children by her side. Her laughter could light up any room, and she had a special gift for making everyone feel included. She loved to be part of the conversation, and her warm, generous spirit was felt by everyone she met. Tina was immensely proud of her children and grandchildren, and her love extended to all her nieces and nephews, whom she cherished as her own.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Baker; her mother, Lucille Tucker; her father William Tucker and her nephew, Anthony Neumiller. Tina is survived by her children: Nicholas Ray Tucker, Micheal Joseph Tucker, John Charo Castillo Jr., Joshua Tucker Castillo, Matthew Tucker Castillo, and Dontez Isiah Lonebear. She will also be dearly missed by her extended family and friends. A visitation will be held on October 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Orchard Homes in Missoula, MT, where a feed will be held in Tina’s honor. A procession will begin at 10:00 a.m. on October 31, 2024, leading to her service at Garden City Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be her beloved children: Nicholas Tucker, Micheal Tucker, John Castillo, Josh Castillo, Matthew Castillo, and Dontez Lonebear. Honorary pallbearers will be John Lonebear, Anson Baker, William Tucker, Alen Neumiller, Ronald Tucker Jr., Derek Gorman, and Jacob Hirning. Tina’s memory will live on through the love she gave, the laughter she shared, and the legacy she leaves behind.
