Steven F. Tincher, 67, of Missoula, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015, at home.
He was born Jan. 25, 1949, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to Forrest and Carol Tincher. Steve grew up with his sister Kay, and brothers David and Mike in Pueblo, Colorado. In 1968, he graduated from Pueblo South High School, where he was a member of the football and track teams.
Steve married Penny Arlene Bogard on July 15, 1972 in Pueblo. He worked as a meat cutter and then owned Profit Services Inc., a restaurant supply company in Missoula, before retiring in 2014.

He was a devoted father and grandfather who loved spending time with his daughters and three grandchildren. He was known for his wry humor and left behind a loving family and friendships that spanned decades. Despite his best intentions and considerable effort, love of his grandchildren led him to become a world traveler.
