Sheila Johnson

BLANCHARD, Idaho - Sheila Ray Johnson, my angel for 30 years as my wife, has left this Earth to be with the Lord on Wednesday December. 17, 2008, surrounded by her family. She died at her home in Blanchard, Idaho.





Sheila was a young 47 as she left a legacy here for all of us and her family to honor.





Sheila was born December. 25, 1960. She was her mom’s best Christmas present.





Sheila married Wesley P. Johnson on June 23, 1978. During their 30 years, her pride and joy were her sons. She was not only a wonderful mother to them, but also opened her heart to many other children she adopted. Sheila touched the hearts of everyone who knew her and will be dearly missed.





She is survived by her husband, Wesley P. Johnson; her sons, Wesley Paul Jr. and his wife Vallenthia of Couer d’Alene, Idaho, Robert W. and his wife Tracy of Couer d’Alene, Joseph J. of Blanchard, Jeremiah and his wife Jennifer of Post Falls, Idaho, Jessy A. and his wife Amanda of Coeur d’Alene and Shawn Steele, of Kittizas, Wash.; her mother, Ada Mae Stevens of Missoula; sisters, Laurie Allen and Robin Poire and brother, Robert O. Stevens Jr., all of Missoula; and a sister, Patricia Jette of Great Falls. Also surviving are several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.





Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December. 26, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
