Sharen Ann Dow

Sharen Ann Dow, 67, of Missoula, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at St. Patrick Hospital.

She was born April 9, 1946, in Missoula to Charlie and Adela Dow.

On Oct. 22, 1966, she married Terrance Jorgenson and raised a family with him in Missoula, until their divorce.

She lived in Montana until 1999 when she moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, to spend time with grandchildren. She enjoyed her life in Texas with friends and co-workers at HEB, where she worked for 10 years.

In 2012, she retired and moved back to Missoula. Sherrie was an avid reader and a cat lover. She loved to be around her sons and grandchildren. She was proud to be called "Kitty Cat Grandma" and did all she could for her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Dow and Adela Cozad Dow; and her grandson, Steven Jorgenson.

Survivors include her two sons and their families, Charles Jorgenson and wife Jo Ann Jorgenson of Missoula, and Terry Dean Jorgenson of Olympia, Wash.; and grandsons, Alexander Jorgenson of Missoula, Tyler Jorgenson of Baltimore, Jordan Jorgenson of Twentynine Palms, Calif., and Grant Jorgenson of Olympia
