Seth Frost

January 9, 1992 — December 31, 2024

It is with profound sorrow and aching hearts that we announce the passing of Seth Frost, a beloved son, brother, and friend whose radiant spirit touched the lives of all who knew him. Seth, just 32, left us far too soon, leaving behind cherished memories of his kindness, his laughter, and his deep, boundless love for those around him. Though his journey was marked by struggles we may never fully understand, he brought light and warmth to the world in ways words cannot capture. His loss is immeasurable, but so too is the love he leaves behind.

Seth was born on January 9th, 1992, in Gillette, WY to Diane and O’Dean “Lucky” Frost. Seth was a beautiful and happy baby. He grew up in Sulphur, OK and later moved to be with his Mother in Missoula, MT while in middle school. Seth enjoyed a close-knit group of friends throughout high school who remain friends to this day.

After a year in college at MSU, Seth joined the Marines in 2011 where he started as a helicopter mechanic then worked his way to become a Sargent with the Marine security guard. He traveled to guard embassies in Venezuela, Mexico, and Turkey before departing the Marines in 2017 with an honorable discharge.

Seth spent the next several years in Washington DC, attending George Washington and American University working to achieve a Business degree. He returned to Missoula in 2020 and worked as a bartender for the AC Hotel and was the bar manager for the Old Post until he switched gears and perused a career in IT. Seth achieved an IT certification through the military and started as a help desk technician for Univision of Missoula in November 2022. He worked his way up and was promoted to Field Engineer with them.

Seth was a music lover, loved live concerts, was a carefree dancer, enjoyed working on his Jeep and intricacies of building computers and networking. Seth volunteered his free time to the Missoula Humane Society and Missoula Aging Services.

Seth was proceeded in death by his father, O’Dean “Lucky” Frost, Grandparents, O’Dean and Yvonne Frost. He left behind his mother, Diane and stepfather Loren Trebesch, sisters Amanda Frost of Arizona , Lacey Frost and Deon Frost, stepbrother Nick Trebesch and stepsister Karlee Trebesch, all of Missoula. Grandparents John and Connie Emery of Pryor, MT and many aunts, uncles, cousins dear friends and his Marines comrades.

The pouring out of affection and deep sentiments from Seth’s family, friends and community has been overwhelming and the family wishes to thank everyone for the support.

A celebration of life is being planned for March 8th, 2025. Please send an email with your contact information to IHeartSeth2025@gmail.com to receive specifics of time and place of the event.
