Sandra McDonald

Sandra Marie McDonald, 76, of Stevensville, MT passed away on November 19, 2023, with family by her side.

Born on August 12, 1947, in Rawlins, WY; a daughter of the late Willie (Billie) Miller and late Santo D'Amato.

Sandi (as she was known to her family and friends) was raised in Wyoming and Arco, ID where she graduated high school. She lived in many places from SE Idaho, central Oregon and finally settled in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley of western Montana. She was an avid reader, enjoyed word puzzles, sewing, baking, crafts, camping, family reunions and her television programs. She was always there to support friends and family. She had a happy friendly smile and made friends wherever she went. Most importantly, she cherished her family.

She is survived by her two sons: Eugene Tacke and his wife Julie, Michael D'Amato and his wife Jennifer; one sister: Peggy Miller; two brothers: Joseph Miller and David Miller along with six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: John R. Travis and Michael E. Miller; her daughter: Shawnna M. Tacke; one great granddaughter: Penelope; husband: Ed McDonald.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
