Sandra Kay Daniels (Smith)

Born to the late Ferris Roscoe Smith and Esther (Buchanan) Smith on Jan. 12, 1944, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Sandy passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015.

She enjoyed golf, friends, shopping and the score of years she spent in Alaska. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dean Smith; and son, Jason Daniels.

Sandy is survived by two children, Craig Daniels and his wife Beth and Rene (Daniels) Sales, and her husband, Richard of Huson; and four grandchildren, Tera and her husband Jason Wold, Brandon, Darrell and Nicole with one great-grandchild.

A special thank you to her lifelong childhood friend, Patty Rehberg; the Eagles Club; and Hospice of Missoula for providing wonderful care. Cheers to Janet Suttles for planning her "Last Alaskan Beach Run," scheduled for later this summer.

A joyful celebration of life will be held at the Eagles Club of Missoula at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 28.
