Samuel is survived by his daughter, Beth Old Horn; granddaughter, Jazlynn Old Horn; grandson, Myles; son, Clifford Old Horn; grandson, Katua Old Horn; his other son’s children; 4 granddaughters: Jasman, Taelynn, Neveah and McKenzie Old Horn.
Samuel was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather. He worked hard during his life, working as a trucker and welder, which he retired from later on. He was a great friend to many.
A memorial service will be held for Samuel on Monday, October 3rd, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at Garden City Funeral Home in Missoula, Montana.
