Robert W. "Bob" Hagan

Bob Hagan 86 of Missoula passed away Thursday March 13 2014; at home. Bob was born Sept 21 1927 to Lloyd and Olive Hagan in Havre Montana. Bob served in the Navy from September 1945 till he was honorably discharged in September 1949.
After serving his country Bob married Dorothy Ivey a Southern Bell on Oct. 2 1949 in Orange Texas. After a honeymoon of traveling from Texas to Montana enjoying God's creation Bob and Dot made their home in Missoula. Bob worked for his father at Hagan Welding which Lloyd opened in 1937; Bob later took over ownership, eventually handing ownership over to his sons. Bob enjoyed his work and the great outdoors especially fishing. Over the years Bob and Dot made many great long lasting friendships, which have and will impact generations to come.
Bob was presided in death by his parents Lloyd and Olive, his first son Alan Wayne, older sister Beulah, older brother Bud, and younger sister Liz.
Bob is survived by Dot his wife of 64 years, children Robert Alan (Danyell) Paul (Laura) Kelly (Arkell) grandchildren Pam, Michael, Mark, Josh, Sara, Hailey, Colby, Seth, August and 7 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 11am Friday March 21st at Sovereign Hope Church 1919 North Ave. Missoula with a reception following the funeral; burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens at 1:30 p.m. with a continued celebration following the burial at Sunrise Saloon 1100 Strand St.
