Paul Brian Cote

Paul Brian Cote, 39, died of advanced liver disease on May 1, 2019 at St. Patrick Hospital surrounded by his family.

Paul, our much loved son, brother, and friend, was born and raised in Missoula, graduating from Sentinel High School in 1998.

For most of his adult life, Paul worked in the food service industry. He served as a chef at The Springs Living retirement community for many years. Paul had a passion for food, working his recipes until they were just right.
Paul’s other passion was for all things electronic. He was especially involved in the gaming community.
He is survived by his parents Ted and Paulette Cote, and his sister Cheryl (Gail Bryant) all of Missoula, and a large extended family, especially on the Cote side.

His family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the many staff members at St. Patrick Hospital that cared for Paul during his extended stay. Their caring and compassion was greatly appreciated.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Garden City Funeral Home. The family would like to thank their thoughtful staff for all their assistance.

Paul was well-loved by so many that knew him; he and his quirky sense of humor will be missed. He left us too soon.

A celebration of Paul’s life will be announced at a later date, tentatively in June.

He was our son.
