Nancee Ruth Wise passed away peacefully and surrounded by family at Community Hospital September 3rd. Nancee was adored by so many. She worked in our Frenchtown school system as a bus driver and also in the lunch room. She never saw it as a job, but as a full time passion where she was surround by children who looked up to her. Her four grandkids, three daughters, and her husband were the lights of her life. Anytime she could be with her family she flourished with love and laughter that was infectious. She had many friends who cherished her and her courageous spirit. Also, there were many animals that found their ways into her heart. You would always see her out petting her goats, walking the dogs, or throwing scraps to the chickens. In this place she leaves behind her grandkids, Ashton, Maia, Bailey, and Caydence, her daughters Tana, Andrea, and April, her husband Orville and many family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her mom and dad Alice and Harry, brother Chuck, and sister Carol. We may have lost Nancee but we didnt lose the things she gave us; compassion, understanding, and love. We will always have that and she will always be in our hearts. There will be a celebration of life for her on October 12th at 1 p.m. for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers we ask that you donate to help save the sea turtles at act.oceana.org where you can also send the family a personalized e-card at savetheturtles1957@gmail.com. She may be gone from this earth but her love and warmth she brought to so many of us will certainly never be forgotten.
