Mark D. Brewer was called home Sunday, April 5, 2015, after a long fight with illness. He left behind his beloved wife of 23 years, Cheryl Mace-Brewer; his daughter, Kayla Brewer; a grandson, Mark Oliver; along with other family members out of state, as well as extended family throughout Missoula.
He was born May 29, 1955, in Hillsboro, Illinois. At the age of 2, he and his family moved to Linton, Indiana, where he resided until he left home to serve his country in the Navy from Sept. 4, 1973, through March 5, 1975. He was also in the Marine Corps as a corpsman serving his country during the Vietnam War.
He was loved by everyone who truly knew him. He was a steadfast man, a loving husband and dad who cherished his family. He also cherished those who fast became his friends as he was very social and friendly most of the time. He will be greatly missed by many. God bless you, Mark, for the world will not be the same without you here.
There will be a celebration of life for Mark on his 60th birthday, May 29, for all who wish to attend.
