Marjorie Bailey Tye

Marjorie Bailey Lochausen Tye, 93, passed away at her home at the Springs at Missoula on May 1, 2017.
Marjorie was born on August 18, 1923 in Atascosa County, Texas to Robert E. Lee and Hazel Ethel Edwards Bailey. She graduated from Somerset High School where she was the drum major for the high school band. On October 16, 1943 she married Robert C. Lochausen. Robert passed away on June 15, 1992. Marjorie married James Lester Tye on April 26, 2007. James passed away on November 26, 2009.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, her daughter Patrice L. Self, two brothers and a sister. She is survived by her daughter Lynette Lochausen (Harry DeLashmutt) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, son Marshall Lochausen (Sandra) of Corpus Christi, Texas, brother Dr. Stephen T. (Ted) Bailey of Temple, Texas, five grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, two step sons, one step daughter and numerous step grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at the Springs at Missoula on May 4, 2017 at 2:30 pm and at Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio, Texas on May 13, 2017 at 3:00 pm with a reception to follow. Interment will take place in a private service.
