Obituary for Marjorie H. Schwenk

Marjorie, '89' passed away peacefully of natural causes May 20, 2015 at 1:30 pm surrounded
by her daughters, sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marjorie was born September 24, 1925 in Fromberg, Montana to Jacob and Mary Rangitsch.
At a young age she moved to Missoula attending St. Anthony grade school and graduating from Sacred
Heart Academy.
She married Jack Schwenk June 8, 1943 at St. Anthony Church. Together they had nine
children, two daughters and seven sons.
She loved being at home and at their cabin spending as much time as she could with her
children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was always active in their social or school events.
She loved the outdoors-fishing, camping (HolterLake, Kintla Lake) and hunting. Her and Jack's
favorite time was at their cabin "Shangri-La".
She loved baking and working in her beautiful vegetable and flower gardens. She was a crafts
woman doing lots of sewing, crocheting, knitting, quilting and was always working on an art project. She always
greeted you with her great smile and would take the time with any visitor to sit with a cup of coffee and
share a "yummy" she had just baked.
Our Mom is now at peace with Dad. "The Love of Her Life". You are now home. We love
you Mom and will miss your Smile and Kisses.
