Marion M. Ochsner, 85, of Missoula, passed away Monday, June 22, 2015, from natural causes. She was born March 22, 1930, in Tuttle, North Dakota, to Jacob and Martha Fetzer. On Sept. 8, 1947, she married Lawrence R. Ochsner and together they had four children. She lived in Tuttle until 1954 when the family moved to Missoula. She took pride in being a homemaker and enjoyed working as a nurse's aide.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years and her parents. She is survived by her children, Glenna (John) and their son Jay (Julie), Sheila (Ron), Kathy (Jon) and their children Shane (Haile) and Jessica, and Larry (Debbie) and their children Jason (Rachele), Lucas (Chrissy) and Kari (Kyle); eight great-grandchildren, Anntonetta, Jonathan, Jonah, Arya, Dahlia, Amanda, McKenzie and Madison; brother, Leland; and sister, Luella.
She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She loved God and Jesus with all her heart. A celebration of her life will be held during a memorial gathering at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, June 26, from 2 to 5 p.m.; please dress casual.
