Missoula – Leo Clyde Might, age 94, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Village Health Care Center in Missoula. He was born on August 19, 1918 in Douglas, North Dakota the son of Clyde L. and Mary O. (Shong) Might.
He attended schools in Douglas, Butte and Missoula. He enlisted into the U. S. Marine Corps, serving during WWII, Korean Conflict and Vietnam. He retired after serving nearly 30 years. He married Angela Zavarelli and they were married for over 61 years. He was very proud of his military service. Following his retirement from the Marine Corps, he worked as a real estate agent for many years.
He was preceded in death by his wife Angela, his parents, two sisters, Helen Jette and Myra Casper and one brother Lyle Might.
He is survived by his sister Ellen Chaussee, son Mike Might, step-son Pete Sorge, step-daughter Madeline Radel and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Leo will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial with full military honors will follow services at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 12:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Semper Fi!
