Kevin G. Edwards

Kevin Grant Edwards, 59, of Missoula, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at St Patrick Hospital of natural causes.

He was born on July 23, 1955 in Missoula to Robert and Nancy Edwards. After graduating from Hellgate High School, Kevin enlisted in the Air Force where he served as a military policeman.

Kevin had a great love for animals. His dog Boo remained one of his closest companions. He also found great joy in travelling. His favorite place to be was on the Oregon coast. He frequently spent his summers at Lake Mary Ronan with friends and family. Holidays were always a special time as well. On the 4th of July, we could always count on him to put on the best fireworks show in town. He was dearly loved and will be missed by many who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Kevin is survived and remembered by his mother, Nancy Edwards of Missoula; his life partner, Pamela Asbridge of Clinton; two daughters, Stacey Erickson of Missoula and Kristy Edwards of Stevensville; two grandchildren, Aiden Erickson and Skylar Edwards; brother Hal (Kim) of Missoula; sister Pamela (Chuck) Carter of Michigan; as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert (Bob) Edwards and sister, Laurel Bateman.

Graveside service will take place at Sunset Memorial in Missoula at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 17th. Any donations in his honor can be made to the local Humane Society. Condolences for the family may be left at www.missoulafuneralhomes.com
