Jonathon Carl DeBruin

MISSOULA – Jonathon Carl DeBruin passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at St. Patrick Hospital after a fall where he sustained a brain hemorrhage.

He was born Dec. 14, 1982, to Dan DeBruin and Carla Crabtree DeBruin Wilkerson. He moved to Santa Maria, Calif., in 1986 where he lived most of his life. He graduated from Righetti High School in Santa Maria. He also graduated from Allan Hancock College with a major in electronics. He also attended Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo.

He loved Montana and moved back to Missoula in 2009 to be around his family.

Survivors include his brothers, Benjamin DeBruin, Christopher Miller, William Cheadle and Dennis Cheadle; his sisters, Jennifer DeBruin Neinast and Kristen Cheadle; his parents, Dan DeBruin and Carla Wilkerson; and grandmothers, Jo Ann DeBruin and Vivian Crabtree. He was also survived by his favorite niece, Leiah Neinast.

Services will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Jan. 8 at 10:30 a.m. Visitation will be held by Garden City Funeral Home.
