John G. Frazekas

Missoula-John G. Fazekas, Sr., 72, passed away at St. Patrick Hospital on January 11, 2015 after a short battle with esophageal cancer. John was born on Feb. 23, 1942 in Passaic, New Jersey to John Fazekas and Rosemary (Nyitrai) Fazekas. He attended schools in Auburndale and Lakeland. He entered into the U.S. Air Force and remained in service for nine and half a years as a medic. He married Linda Rae Newport and together they had two children; Lynn Marie and John Gary Jr.
Over the years John was a member of the NALC Union, American Legion and the DAV. He was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed spending time on his computer and also reading. He was one of a kind and he will be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Rae Fazekas, daughter Lynn Marie Fazekas and son John Gary Fazekas, Jr.
