Jean Ann Russell, 78, passed away on February 13, 2025, in Seeley Lake, Montana. Born on October 8, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Delmar and Jean Gibson, Jean lived a life marked by kindness, her love for “bling”, and a deep devotion to her family and her faith.
On October 24, 1970, Jean married the love of her life, Robert Wayne Russell, and together they built a beautiful family. Jean was a woman of quiet strength, a meek and humble soul whose love for her family knew no bounds. She was devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her unwavering faith in God was a central part of her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Jean Gibson, her father, Delmar Gibson, her son Gary Watson, her brothers Jim and Joe Gibson, and her sister June Gibson.
Jean is survived by her husband, Robert Russell; their children: Robert Russell, Jenny Russell, Margie Pelayo, Raphael Russell, Theresa Catlin, Jean Loesch, and Gabriel Russell; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought her great joy in her later years.
Jean’s life was a testament to the power of love, family, and faith. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones forever.
