Janet K Young

Born March 9, 1919, in Running Water, South Dakota, Janet passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, March 5, 2017.

She married Charles R. Young in 1943. They had two children and settled in Coram after retirement. Janet worked as an RN for many years. She loved to bowl and did so until she was 90 years old. She was a sports enthusiast and kept up with football, golf and baseball, although she was about to give up on the Mariners. She also enjoyed her many friends at the Missoula Senior Center.

Survivors include Charles R. Young and Beth of Missoula; Ed Remer of Omaha, Nebraska, and five grandchildren: Laurie Neumann, Chris Young, Jason, Mathew and Chuck Remer and nine great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for spring in Coram.
