Obituary for Helen Mary Brown (Harman)

Helen Mary (Harman) Brown, 86, of Missoula, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 27th, of heart disease.
She was born in Roundup MT on December 20, 1927, to Charles and Agnes Harman, who operated a dairy farm. She attended the country school at Elso and graduated from Roundup High School in 1945.
Helen was in nurses training at St. Vincent's Hospital when she met her future husband, Bill Brown. They were married on September 8, 1946 in Billings. Her life's work was as a loving wife, mother and grandmother for 68 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and three sisters.
Helen is survived by her husband Bill, five children: Ruth (Jim) Tyler, Beverly (Jim) Pavlicek, Bill Jr. (Pat) Brown, Roxanne (Dwight) Weathers, and Alan Brown;18 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be at 10:00 am, Saturday August 2nd, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Missoula, with internment at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Sunset Memorial Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements. Condolences for the family may be sent to www.missoulafuneralhomes.com
