Harry Treichel

Harry Lee Treichel, 76, of Missoula, MT passed away on Fri. Sept. 16, 2016 peacefully in his home surrounded by family.
He was born on the 6th month, 30th day of 1940 in Missoula to Daniel and Mildred Treichel. He was raised with his younger siblings Betty and Norman.
Harry met the love of his life on a blind date in 1959. One year later on June 4th, 1960 he married Janice Brunner of Victor, MT. They lived happily married for 56 years.
Harry was a hardworking man, loving husband, dad, grandpa, and grandpa with seniority. He loved camping, woodworking, crystal hunting, driving Montana backroads, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Janice, Daughters: Janet (Ken) and Sherry (Dean), Grandchildren: Chelleay (Joe), Billy, Lori (Kenneth), Jessica (Will), Amanda (Jim), Cassie (Adam), Great-Grandchildren: Kaleb, Taylor, Paigelyn, Jazymine, Alexia, Steven, Teegan, Gracie, Persephanie, and a large number of extended family and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life potluck at the family home, Sun. Oct. 2nd, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Any friends and family are welcome.
Cremation was under the care of Garden City Funeral Home & Crematory.
