Gwineth Olivia Steinebach-Vassar

Gwineth Olivia Steinebach-Vassar, 74, passed away at her home on Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016.

She was born April 9, 1941, in Wenatchee, Washington, to Oliver Otto Jack and Violet Loraine Whitecotton.

She married Jack Vassar on Jan. 1, 1990, and has lived in Superior since.

She enjoyed ceramics, flowers, gardening and helping all people in need.

She was the most loving and giving angel on earth. She enjoyed every moment in life and loved everyone the same.

She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Steinebach.

She is survived by her brother Bobby Jack; sister Kathleen Cheeseman; half brother Dennis Jack; half sisters, Carol Jack and Janie Jack; children, Debra Walker, Teresa Bell, Shelly O'Neel, Bud Steinebach, Ty Steinebach, Trina Arrington; 25 grandchildren; 46 great-great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at the Methodist Church, 205 First St., Superior. A reception will follow.
