Frances Nash

Frances Nash passed away Monday, February 16 in Missoula, MT
surrounded by her family. Frances was born in Chippewa, WI to Eli
Hattamer and Clara Boiteau. She graduated Chippewa Public School
WI in 1935 and married Harold Nash Sr. in November 1940. Frances
and Harold moved their family to Whitefish, MT in the summer 1954.
They later relocated to Missoula, MT in 1960. Frances worked at
Community Hospital until she retired. Preceded in death by her
beloved husband "Bud," her sons Harold and Jim Nash,
granddaughter Debra Nash. Frances is deeply mourned by many,
including her children Donna (Richard), Howard (Linda), Herbert
(Laura), Carol, Dianna (George), Rita (Keith), Robert (Janice), Dan
(Evelyn), and John (Pam). Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren
will miss her greatly.
If you met Frances you would not forget her easily. She had a way of
lighting up a room with her beaming smile and making you laugh
uncontrollably with her quick wit and unexpected comments. Frances
was a woman with an uncommon capacity for loving and giving to
others. She taught her children how to enjoy life and live it to its
fullest by example. Frances will be greatly missed for countless
reasons. She was a one-of-a-kind!
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015 at Blessed Trinity Catholic Community followed by a reception at the church.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Frances' name may be made to the organization of the donor's choice.
