One year later, she moved with her family to Missoula, where she graduated in 1969 from Sentinel High School. Jane moved to Spokane and from there to Portland, Ore. There she married Robert Wallace and together they had one son, Lindell Wallace.
Janie is survived by her husband, Robert; son, Lindell; and granddaughter, Jordan, all of Portland. Janie is also survived by her mother, Claire Honodel of Lolo; father, Kay L. Brown of Missoula; sister, Bobbi Smedsrud (Duane) of Shelby; brother, Buddy Brown (Deb) of Missoula; stepsisters, Karen Stephan (Kevin Allan) and Kari Merritt (Dan) of Missoula; stepbrothers, David Stephan (Donnetta) of Arlee and Craig Stephan (Nadia) of Plano, Texas; and several nieces and nephews, cousins, one aunt and one uncle.
Preceding Janie in death were her grandparents, Ray and Francis Kincheloe, Agnes Brown Smylie and Cecil Brown.
You left us too soon, and we will miss you greatly. Now you can soar with the angels until we see you again.
