Elaine Marie Lukasik of Missoula passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024, surrounded by her loving family after experiencing a fall. This heartbreaking loss occurred just two months after the passing of her husband of 65 years, she was known for her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for others. Elaine was born and raised in Butte America by her loving parents Gus and Armida Stevens. She graduated from Butte High School. She married the love of her life Robert Lukasik, they moved to Missoula where they built a beautiful life together and welcomed three wonderful daughters: Ginny Sue, Gina and Gaylene. Elaine worked at Missoula Radiology for many years, retiring from a career she loved. In her retired years she cherished quality time with her husband and family. She enjoyed catching a show, trying her luck, and playing cards with her grandchildren. Elaine loved her crossword puzzles, working on puzzles and baking delicious treats. Elaine was devoted to her family and her warm presence touched the lives of many. Known affectionately as "Grandma Great" she had a special way of making each of her countless loved ones feel cherished and valued. She took immense joy in being a part of their lives, celebrating milestones and creating lasting memories together. Elaine is survived by her children: Ginny Sue, Gina and Gaylene, her Son-in Laws: Mark & Gary, her grandchildren: Tabetha, Tommy, Erik, Bobbie Jo and Jaxie, and 7 great grandchildren along with extended family and friends, She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, husband Robert Lukasik, son-in-law Jim and grandson Joey.
