Eileen A. Norton

In loving memory of our mother, Eileen Ann Norton. Eileen passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 22, 2016. She was born Eileen Blanton in Kimball, Nebraska. She was later adopted to the Qualls family of Midvale, Idaho.

She is survived by her seven children, Vernon, Carol, Jerry, Susie, Janice, Tonya and Troy; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and her wonderful companion, Don Culley.

She married Ralph E. Johns of Pocatello, Idaho, having her first of five children. She later married Ken Stanger of Inkom, Idaho, and had her last two children. She briefly was married to Wayne Norton of Arimo, Idaho.

She dearly loved sightseeing for wildlife, especially deer. She prayed for each one of her children night by night. Her two cats, Wags and Nibbles, provided much entertainment for her and her companion Don.

Eileen will be dearly missed by all until we all get together again. A special thanks to St. Patrick Hospital staff and Partners Hospice.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30, at Garden City Funeral Home with a reception to follow. Condolences for the family may be left at missoulafuneralhomes.com.
