Dustyn June Dauenhauer, 43, passed away Nov. 4th at the St. Patrick Hospital. She was born April 29, 1981. Her Nick Name was “Dusty Do” because she loved organizing fun activities for family and friends. She graduated from Granite High and earned a degree in information systems and business from the University of Montana. She accepted a job in Seattle, where she excelled in selling software and hardware technology products to large companies. She soon accepted a promotion, and she was relocated to San Francisco.
After moving to California, she realized that she missed home and accepted a job with Pfizer Pharmaceutical as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep. She continued her long-time relationship by marrying Tyler Dauenhauer on August 23, 2008’. Dusty worked hard and earned her way up into being the top sales representative in her territory.
Their first-born child, Jacob was their first Ray of Sunshine. Jacob has a huge heart just like his mom. Soon after, Ella was born, she is a spitting image of her mom. She is a busy little girl with a huge smile on her face.
Dusty enjoyed organizing huge camping trips with her family and friends. Swimming at the lake and sitting by the campfire with her infectious giggle. She always made sure the kids had games to play and plenty of marshmallows to roast on the fire. She loved the outdoors, swimming and four wheeling with her family. Dusty threw a lot of birthday parties for the people she loved. Summer was spent shaving ice for the kids. It gave her great satisfaction to hand
out free shaved ice and watch their face light up with joy. She would notice if a child needed a pair of shoes or a warm coat. She had a huge heart, and she loved to spoil her family.
After battling years of medical challenges, the family relocated to Philipsburg. She enjoyed dedicating her time to all the school activities and cheering for all the athletes.
Dusty is survived by her children, Jacob and Ella. Her parents Doug and Robin Morrison, brother Kris, his wife Rosie Morrison and their children Rylan and Maya. Aunts and Uncles, Suzzane and Jim Allison, Jack and Mary Anne Antonioli Morrison, Linda and Grant Ellison, Terri McDaniel and her friend Pat Paschall. Her very close friends Sara Rouse, Mike and Margie Lee, numerous cousins and friends.
The entire family is grateful and over-whelmed by the admiration shown for our Dusty. After years of battling dozens of surgeries, she is finally at peace, free from the never-ending pain. Giving all her time to help others will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
