Doyce Ervin "Dec" Coates, 37, left his "fubar-ed" body behind, surrounded by the people who loved him, on Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, in Arlee. He left the world far too soon, after a long battle with multiple sclerosis.
He was born Dec. 7, 1977, in Salt Lake City to loving parents. His passion in life was computers. He was a great philosopher, an old spirit, a learner of all religions and things unique. He always had a funny name, a story, or some way to make people laugh that made a remarkable impression on everyone he met. His "squids" were his life and his greatest treasure.
A small memorial will be held for family and close friends in Arlee.
Dec: "I will miss spending time with all of you and know that my love and friendship goes with you all. But, to a specific three, does my love extend and will bind part of my energy to; I will do all I can to aid, protect and hear you. For you all, remember my good times and know that I am near, if I can help I will! See y'all laters! ;^)-."
