Dorothy Viola Long (Lewis)

MISSOULA – Dorothy Viola (Lewis) Long was born to Josephesus and Mamie Lewis in Fairview on Dec. 8, 1931, and passed away in Missoula on Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016. She met and married Clifford LeRoy Long in 1954 and resided in Missoula. To this union was born three children, Viola Vigil of Missoula, Wayne Long of Roanoke, Texas, and Evelyn Scovel of Kalispell. Dorothy is a grandmother (Andy, Lindsey, April and Aria) and a great-grandmother (Dakota, Lochan, Mya and Alex). She was a member of Missoula Church of Christ. Preceding her in death was her husband of 52 years, Clifford; her son Wayne; four brothers and five sisters.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13, at Missoula Church of Christ.
