Donald W. "Don" Sandau

Donald W. "Don" Sandau, 60, of Missoula, died of cancer Friday, April 4, 2014, in Missoula.

He was born to Fern Sandau and Rudolph "Rudy" Sandau on Dec. 7, 1953.

Don leaves behind a son, Shane Sandau; stepdaughter, Shannon; the love of his life of 37 years, Anita Sandau; brothers, Milo, William "Bill" and Lee; grandchildren, Kindra "Pumpkin Bookers," Blayne, Darren, Darrian and Tara; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Floyd.

Don loved the outdoors, logging and being a truck driver. He worked for almost everyone in the logging business at one time or another from Montana to Forks, Wash.

At his request, no services are planned.
