Daniel A. Wysk

Daniel A. Wysk, 52, of Missoula, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014, at his home in his wife's arms with his son at his side.

Daniel was born Aug. 26, 1961, in Glendive to parents Betty Peterson and Richard Wysk. He graduated high school in 1979.

In 1998, at Thanksgiving he met the love of his life, Michelle Schlosser of Billings. They fell in love and were joined in marriage on Aug. 14, 1999.

Dan loved to work in his garden and what he didn't grow he would leave very early Saturday mornings and go to the Farmers Market. Dan's other loves were teaching Tamara how to ski. They would leave before morning came and came home after sunset. They each had the biggest smiles on their faces.

His second biggest joy was teaching Tamara how to cook They would cook together as much as possible.

Dan was preceded in death by Linda Soreson. He leaves behind his wife Michelle; daughter Tamara Thompson and her husband Kyle and son Gabriel; Dan's son Daniel R. Schlosser and his sons Dewayne and Jake Ardin; parents Betty and Richard; brothers David Wysk and longtime family friend Brett Briggers.

Services will be at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 14, at the Outdoorsmen Church, 12208 County Route 12, Missoula, 59808. Phone 626-4168.
