Obituary for Charlene Terry Frey

Our beloved mother, wife, sister and grandmother Charlene Terry Frey, 62, passed away Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at home with her family.

She was born in Missoula to Charles and Bernice Wilson on March 7, 1953. Charlene married Gary Frey in 1972. They had two children, Brandon and Kimberly.

Char loved unconditionally and she offered never ending care and support to her family and friends. She had no greater joy than watching her children and grandchildren grow and succeed. She was a devoted wife and homemaker. Everyone who met Char, loved her immediately. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and crafting. She lit up a room with her bright eyes and loving smile. Everyone felt welcome in her home.

Despite a lengthy illness, she never complained. Her constant smile and concern for others shined through and she remained a beautiful example of joy and love for our family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister JoAnn; step-brother Herbert and mother-in-law Minnie Frey. She is survived by her loving husband, Gary; children, Kimberly Broe, husband Tim, daughters Madison and Kayla; son Brandon Frey; brother Ron Wilson; brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Electra Frey; a special niece Gail Schepler and extended family.

The family would like to thank Dr. Bekemeyer and Nurse Practitioner Lynn Bertane and Partners in Home Care for their loving care provided to Char and our family.

A private family celebration has been held. Thank you to everyone who has expressed care and concern and for the outpouring of love shown to our family during this difficult time.
