Chadd Bryan Erhart of Missoula, leaves behind a strong and loving family at the young age of 44; on June 19, 2024. He has many loving relatives and long time, dedicated friends.
He was born to Bryan & Terry Erhart on October 9, 1979 and was baptized on August 19, 1980. He had the privilege and joy of spending most of his youth with his paternal grandparents; Alex Erhart & Jean Erhart Willeby and was within walking distance to his maternal grandparents; Thomas & Virginia Ellard.
During his early years he was active in sports; including baseball, basketball, soccer, wrestling, swimming and golf. Playing basketball with longtime family friend Larry Anthney, a Golden State Warrior, provided memories of a lifetime!!!
He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, skiing including acrobatic skiing, gardening, cribbage tournaments, poker, and bowling. He found great joy in sharing these activities with his Father. They were truly the best of buds and always there for each other.
Chadd instilled in his daughter, Mariah, a love of games, adventure, and knowledge. They spent an abundance of hours and joy hiking, biking, swimming, playing card games, and quizzing each other. He continuously encouraged and challenged her. Mariah was truly his pride and joy.
Chadd inherited his big heart and giving spirit from his parents. It was common to find him helping a friend but even more so helping animals. He was blessed to have three amazing dogs which he loved deeply (Jade, Brooklyn, & Tia). In addition, he was known to take in strays. Many were abused and in need of his unconditional love.
Grieve not..nor speak of me with tears…but laugh and talk of me as though I were there beside you. I loved you all….
Forever in our hearts — Bryan, Terry, & Mariah
