Born on August 21, 1991, died on August 28, 2016. She was 25 years old, way too young to die. Candius died of complications following surgery.
Candius was born in Missoula, and spent the first part of her young life in Missoula. She and her family moved to Alberton, Montana in 2000. Candius graduated from Alberton High School in 2010. She attended college at the University of Montana, and design school in Charleston, South Carolina, but nothing seemed to click. She had recently embarked on a new adventure in Alaska with her boyfriend Dustin Coby, becoming a manager at JoAnn's in Juneau. She was just beginning her life when our beautiful daughter was taken from us. Her smiles, arguments, squeals and laughter will be so missed. Just a note from Candius's parents to everyone out there; hug your babies no matter how old they are, tell them you love them, because you never know how much time you have with them.
Left behind to mourn are her parents; Dan and Lonnie Miller, her younger sister Amanda and her boyfriend Dustin Coby. Other survivors are her paternal grandparents Carol and Jim Drobny of Superior, Dale and Sylvia Miller of Missoula, numerous aunts, uncles, and loads of cousins and friends. She was predeceased by maternal grandparents Don and Peggy Boggess.
