Blake Edward Hettick

Blake Edward Hettick, 20, of Missoula, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2016 in Missoula. Blake was born December 9, 1995 in Missoula to Edward Hettick III and Sara Snyder. Blake attended Hellgate High School and graduated in the class of 2014.
Blake enjoyed anything outdoors, especially with his friends. He also loved working with reptiles and spiders but his main hobby was restoring and working on his car.
Blake was a very loving, caring, peaceful, kind hearted individual. No matter what, he always had his family and friend’s back. He loved going into the mountains for a cruise, mudding or hunting. It didn’t matter if he was sitting at home or hanging out with family and friends. He always had a smile on his face and a Mountain Dew in his hand.
Blake is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mary Spooner and Dana Baxter and great grandparents.
Blake leaves behind his parents Sara Snyder (Jay) and Edward Hettick III (Christina) and siblings, Kyla, Eddie, David, Mya and Alexis; grandfathers, Edward Hettick II, Randy Baxter and Omar Snyder and many more family and friends including a bunch of cousins who will miss him dearly.
Services are planned for Thursday, August 25, at 2pm at St. Anns Catholic Church in Bonner with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery Annex. A reception will follow back at the church. Arrangements are under the care of Garden City Funeral Home. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations and memorial gifts be made to assist the family with final expenses.
