Betty Rose Ward

Betty was often described as beautiful and spry with a keenly witty sense of humor. She was a proud, "amazing woman" and enjoyed narrating humorous, sometimes heartfelt stories to those she loved and admired, accompanied by laughter, a good cup of coffee and a one of her favorites from a long list of deserts. Betty was a close confidant and life-long friend to those she knew and loved. Our fond memories of her will be forever cherished.

Betty Rose (Thrift, Toupe) Ward, born February 23rd, 1929, in Pablo, Montana, passed peacefully on February 10th, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert H. Ward and two of her children, Dale Ward and Sharon Toupe.

Betty is survived by three children, Wallace Toupe Jr., Gary Ward, and Michael Ward, loving daughters-in-law, cousins, grandchildren, great- grandchildren and devoted friends.
