Betty Bristow

Betty June Bristow, 86, was called home to the Lord on Tuesday March 26, 2024.  She was born at the Missoula General Hospital in Montana on February 2nd, 1938 to Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stroh.

She married Charles David Bristow on October 7th, 1956 in Bonner MT.  They lived in Deer Lodge, then moved to Missoula and raised 5 children on the beautiful Bitterroot river.  Despite not being a swimmer, she was able to teach her kids and encouraged them to appreciate the outdoors.  She loved reading books, puzzles, huckleberry picking, picnics, sewing, and crafting with her family.   

She is preceded in death by her daughter Debra Lee in 1980, and husband Charles in 2003.  She is survived and held in the hearts of her sons David, Bradly, Douglas, daughter Bonnie, and 3 grandkids.  She was the last living of 9 siblings.  Funeral arrangements are pending.
