Becky Lee Gordon

Becky Lee Gordon, 69, of Missoula passed away May 24, 2016 from a sudden illness, surrounded by her family.
Becky was born in Butte and her family settled in Missoula where she finished high school. On January 31, 1970 she married Stacey Gordon at the LDS Church in Missoula where they raised their four children.
For many years she worked at Jack & Jill where she nurtured children who came from difficult situations. After leaving that job, she went to work for Head Start where she taught for many years. She later became a family advocate where she poured her heart and soul into her families. She touched countless lives in Missoula. She could leave the state of Montana and run into children that she had cared for.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, she loved with every fiber of her being. Her grandchildren meant the world to her and she did everything for them. She loved flowers and always had her home and yard filled with them.
Survivors include her husband Stacey, daughter Tanya (Grant), son Darren (Phyllis), son Phillip, daughter Jacinda, daughter Terri (Justin), sisters Bonnie, Martha, Richene, Anya, April. Brothers David, Marty, Barry, Lenny, and Harvey who preceded her in death. Grandchildren Jorja, Rhett, Colter, Cooper, Hunter, Austin, Ryan, Amanda, Randy, Craig and eight great grandkids.
Services will be held June 1 at 11:00 AM at the LDS church in Lolo, 6501 Mormon Creek Rd.
Garden City Funeral Home is assisting the family.
