Baby Ezekiel Yakubowski

It's with broken hearts we share the loss of our beloved son, Ezekiel Vincent Bradley Yakubowski who was born and died on February 14, 2024. He is survived by his Parents Matthew and Jessica Yakubowski. Grandparents Vincent and Lisa Yakubowski, Uncle Timothy Yakubowski. Grandparents Bradley and Donna Perkins, Aunt Nicole Burris (Ashley), Cousin Braxton, Aunt Amanda Marcellais, Cousin Zariah.

Our family has an abundance of gratitude for Dr. Timothy Mitchell and Dr. Bradley Holbrook of Community Hospitals Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician Group, your understanding and exceptional care is unsurpassed. We also want to thank your entire kind-hearted team who went out of the way to ensure compassion for the family. Also gratitude is extended to Community Hospital's Labor and Delivery, the team of nurses and staff whose empathy and kindness for Jessica, Matt and Ezekiel as well as family was beyond measure, thank you.
