Annaliese Christina

July 7, 2006 — October 24, 2023

Annaliese Michelle Christina, 17, of Missoula, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Annaliese was born July 7, 2006 in Missoula, Montana to Chandra Dawson and Michael Christina. Growing up in the beautiful Missoula area, she had the opportunity to create  unforgettable, everlasting friendships. While reserved at first, Annaliese effortlessly sparked  genuine connections with anybody. She loved and cared sincerely about everyone in her circle - even showing natural caretaking abilities. While in school around different parts of Missoula County she forged bonds with others through track, volleyball, and basketball.

While Annaliese’s  time with us was cut far too short, her powerful impact on others is timeless. Anyone that was lucky enough to know her knows the strength she carried in her little frame. Fierce when she needed to be and incredibly loyal, she stuck up for people and did anything possible to give them the love and support they needed.

Annaliese enjoyed shopping, spending quality time with her friends, hiking, and trips  to the lake, river, beach, or anything with water. She had an eye for beauty, and enjoyed creative writing and drawing. She loved doing anything with her boyfriend, Tony Martinez. She loved him deeply and had made  many plans for their future, including saving for their first apartment. She was excited about starting college and experiencing the adventures of adult life. Undoubtedly, with her passion and love she would’ve excelled on any path she chose.

Survivors include: her mother, Chandra (Ray) Dawson, Missoula; father Michael (Andrea) Christina, CA; brothers Dusty and Brock Dawson; sisters Isabelle Christina, Naomi Christina and Olivia Christina; grandparents Joe and Becki Casey of Dillon; Henry and Lana Bisson of KY; Wally and Cindy Christina of Lebanon OR; Bob Longacre of ID; Peggy Longacre of OR; great grandmother Bonnie Smith of Ronan; numerous great aunts and uncles, aunts and uncles and cousins. Also her “other” mom Kristina McDonald (Josh) and “other” sister and brother Aaliyah and Torin, Lolo. She is preceded in death by her great grandfather Harold Smith of Ronan.
