Anita Louise England

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend lost her battle with cancer on Tuesday, May 27, 2017. Anita was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lewistown, on Feb. 22, 1961, to Florence “Lori” Miller and Wayne Dahl. Born and raised in Montana, Anita was the oldest of her blended family of eleven, so it comes as no surprise; she was known as the caregiver of the family.

Anita married Larry England in 1990 and made their life in Missoula where together they raised their own blended family of five. Anita graduated from Missoula College, University of Montana with an associate’s degree in Assistant Medical Technology. Shortly after graduating, she got a job with the State of Montana Department of Transportation; she loved her job and was a dedicated employee for 28 years until the cancer no longer allowed her to perform her duties. Anita loved camping with her husband, dogs and enjoyed planning and attending family functions. Anita was always the one who thought of everything. She also loved to travel and sew. She will be missed immensely.

Celebration of Anita’s life will be facilitated at Lion’s Den at 1900 W. Broadway, Missoula on Friday, June 9, at 3 p.m., reception to follow. In lieu of flowers please make donations in honor of Anita to Hospice of Missoula or a charity of your choice.
