Alice Lillian Miles was born January 5, 1933, in Kellogg, Idaho, to Robert and Ethel Miles. She was the fifth of seven children. The family moved to Darby, Montana, and then to the Piltzville community east of Missoula, Montana.
Alice professed in 1952 and entered God’s ministry in 1954. She went to the Philippine Islands in 1962 and labored there for 50 years until her health no longer allowed that. She then returned to Montana and continued active in the Ministry until her health required her to move into Parkhaven in Manhattan in April 2023. During her months in Parkhaven Alice continued to be a support and help to others including the Sunday morning meeting at Jacobsen’s. She would push her walker to the front and sit in the Gospel meetings in Bozeman and after the meeting she always heartily expressed her appreciation for the meeting to the sisters.
Alice is survived by her two younger sisters Joan & Lyle Cross of Coeur d’Alene and Kathy Darrah of Missoula; one sister-in-law, Shirley Clubb of Missoula as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Alice is also survived by many co-workers whom she loved dearly and a host of friends.
