Alexandra Lorraine Rudh “Lexi”, 27, of Grand Forks passed away on September 17, 2016, in Montana. She was born on January 12, 1989, to Lawrence Rudh and Marty Cosgriff. When she was 3 years old, she moved to Missoula, with her Mother and Brothers. At the age of 3, before she started elementary school, Lexi joined Ballet. She attended Target Range and Big Sky High School. As a student she played basketball and was a Cheer leader. She Graduated in 2007. Shortly after she graduated, she moved to Grand Forks, ND to attend college at the University of North Dakota.
In 2013, she was blessed with her first daughter, Olivia, and in 2015, she was once again blessed with her second daughter, Zoey.
In her free time, she enjoyed reading and creative writing, along with cooking, skiing, and driving up into the mountains to star gaze. Most of all though, she LOVED raising and spending time with her Daughters.
Lexi was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John “Jack” and Lorraine Cosgriff; her paternal grandparents, Lawrence and Alice Rudh; her father, Lawrence Rudh; and her brother, Nicholas Christopher Rudh.
She is Survived by her Mother, Marty Cosgriff of Missoula; her 2 daughters, Olivia May Alexis McGillis and Zoey Faith Alexis McGillis, and their father, Kyle McGillis, all of Grand Forks, ND; her 2 brothers, Ryan “Mitch” Rudh and Hunter Cosgriff Miner both of Missoula; 3 aunts, Jane (Bob) Cosgriff-Sullwold of Alameda, CA, Lisa Cosgriff- Barrettof Denver, CO, Sue (Mrs. Dan) Riley of Detroit Lakes ,MN; 2 cousins, Annelise Fleming and Cleveland Fleming, both of Denver, CO. She also leaves behind many close friends.
A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m, on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Holy Spirit Episcopal Church. A reception will follow the service at the home of Lourie Jones at 1610 Clements Rd in Missoula.
